Job summary

You will advise on HR strategy, leverage GenAI and analytics, and drive value through effective program delivery. Travel to client sites is required where needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• 1 year of HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation.
• 6 months applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client HR reinvention projects from strategy to delivery.
• Advise on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies.
• Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks.
• Improve employee experience and talent management using AI and automation.
• Evaluate HR technologies and guide vendor selection.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery with on-time, on-budget outcomes.
