Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year working on HR reinvention programs (operating model, process, tech, or service delivery).
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise on HR operating models and transformation strategies.
• Develop HR reinvention strategies blending traditional practices with AI, automation and digital innovation.
• Design and size HR operating models and service delivery frameworks for clients.
• Lead employee experience initiatives and use HR tech to improve talent management and workforce planning.
• Evaluate and select HR technologies (HRIS, AI tools) aligned with client goals and culture.
• Articulate how GenAI and other digital trends can improve HR function and stay current on industry developments.
• Guide HR outsourcing, shared services and automation to drive cost efficiency and quality.
• Lead process improvements with automation, AI, and analytics to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects with timely, on-budget outcomes.
• Manage change and stakeholder engagement to sustain transformation long-term.
• Foster practitioner development and thought leadership within the HR Reinvention practice.
