Job summary

Accenture’s Talent Reinvention Partner seeks an HR Reinvention Consultant to lead and shape how organizations approach HR in the digital age. You will define, sell and execute HR reinvention projects integrating digital solutions, automation, process, and organization optimization to improve HR functions and employee satisfaction.

This high-visibility role requires strategic thinking, HR reinvention expertise, strong client relationships and effective project delivery across HR operating models,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop HR reinvention value cases and roadmaps that align HR with business strategy.
• Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks for clients, infusing leading practices from employee experience, digital HR, shared services, and outsourcing.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience through personalization, engagement, and alignment with company culture.
• Participate in evaluation and selection of HR technologies that fit client needs, culture, and business goals.
