Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Experience applying AI, GenAI, automation or analytics to HR processes.
• Strong client relationship and program delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape HR reinvention projects blending digital solutions, automation and organization design.
