Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Consultant to lead and shape HR transformation programs using digital tools, automation, and AI. You will work with clients to optimize HR operating models, governance, and service delivery to drive business outcomes.

This high-visibility role emphasizes building trusted relationships, delivering value cases, and ensuring successful project delivery across organizations, leveraging GenAI and analytics to improve talent management and workforce planning.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation or digital HR consulting.
Minimum of 1 year working on HR reinvention programs including operating models.
Minimum of 6 months applying AI, GenAI, automation or analytics to HR processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and shape HR reinvention projects with digital, automation and AI solutions.
Advise on HR operating models, technology choices and transformations.
Develop value cases and roadmaps aligning HR with business strategy.
Design new operating models and service delivery frameworks for clients.
Drive stakeholder engagement and change management across organizations.
End-to-end delivery of projects with on-time, on-budget outcomes.
