Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to lead and shape HR reinvention projects for clients, integrating digital solutions, automation, and organizational optimization. You will build trusted senior client relationships and deliver value through AI-driven HR transformations.

The role emphasizes strategy, transformation, and delivering improved HR performance and employee experience across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 2 years leading HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.
• Minimum of 1 year of High Tech Industry experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional teams to execute solutions across HR domains.
• Integrate new technologies like cloud-based HR systems and AI platforms into existing HR ecosystems.
• Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new HR processes and technologies.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and foster buy-in at all levels of the organization.
