Job summary

Accenture’s Talent Reinvention team is seeking an HR Reinvention Consultant to lead how organizations redesign HR in the digital age. You’ll shape, sell and execute reinvention projects that blend AI, automation, and new operating models to boost performance and employee experience.

You’ll partner with senior clients on HR strategy, service delivery, and change management, delivering measurable outcomes. Travel may be required as you drive end-to-end delivery of transformative programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies.
• Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations.
• Lead HR organization design efforts and sizing for clients.
• Design talent management frameworks that integrate automation and AI.
