Atoms is recruiting an HRIS leader focused on Workday to steer the technology roadmap, own integrations, and scale the system globally. The role oversees architecture, configuration, and deployment, with hands-on work to ensure data integrity, security, and reporting quality across multinational operations.

The position demands extensive Workday experience, leadership of distributed teams, and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HRIS experience with Workday as the primary platform.
• Hands-on implementation and configuration depth, beyond maintenance.
• You have built and owned integrations into Workday using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• You've grown HR systems through real scale across multiple countries.
• Career blends implementation consulting with in-house roles at large and high-growth companies.
• You've led a team, including distributed or offshore members, and can direct implementation partners.
• You can go deep on configuration and discuss strategy with senior leaders.
• Workday Pro certifications are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the HR technology strategy and own the Workday roadmap.
• Design and deliver Workday modules and capabilities as the company scales globally.
• Audit and optimize the Workday tenant and configurations for adoption.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Workday and surrounding systems.
• Configure business processes, security, fields, and reporting.
• Lead and grow two lead configuration analysts in the US and a manager in the Philippines.
• Own release management for Workday updates and evaluate AI/data capabilities.
