Atoms in San Francisco seeks a senior HRIS leader to own the Workday roadmap, integrations, and global scale. You will operate at the intersection of HR, finance, and IT, shaping how we manage people and payroll across regions while partnering with implementation partners.

You’ll lead two lead configuration analysts in the US and a manager in the Philippines, ensure data integrity and security, and collaborate with senior leaders on strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Set the HR technology strategy and Own the Workday roadmap and integration choices.
• Design and deliver forward-looking Workday modules to scale globally.
• Audit and optimize the current Workday tenant and drive user adoption.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Workday and recruiting, payroll, benefits, finance, and identity.
• Configure business processes, security, calculated fields, and reporting hands-on.
• Manage two lead configuration analysts in the US and a manager in the Philippines.
• Own release management for Workday biannual updates and data integrity.
