Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors for HR tech rollouts and upgrades.
• Coordinate HR technology projects: timelines, milestones, resources, scope.
• Investigate workforce questions using interviews, benchmarking, and analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and analytical opportunities.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Define usability and impact-focused analytics initiatives for HR systems.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards for HR systems and analytics catalog.
• Draft and update BRDs and other technical documentation.
