Job summary
Safe Horizon is seeking a Manager, HRIS & Data Analytics to lead administration, optimization, reporting, and analytics for the People Experience technology ecosystem in NYC. The role ensures data integrity, system governance, and actionable insights for executive leadership.
The position requires commutable distance to NYC headquarters and training center. You will be the primary UKG technologist, overseeing configurations, integrations, testing, and data quality while transforming workforce
Qualifications
- Five plus years of experience in HRIS, workforce analytics, or related field.
- Three or more years administering UKG Pro or similar HRIS.
- Experience designing executive dashboards and workforce reports.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain executive dashboards and workforce scorecards.
- Produce ad hoc analyses for leadership and teams.
- Analyze workforce trends and translate findings into recommendations.
- Prepare quarterly and annual workforce reports for executives and Board.
- Develop clear data visualizations and narratives for varied audiences.
- Support workforce planning, budgeting, headcount forecasting, and benchmarking.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual processes.
