Job summary

Related, a leading real estate firm based in New York, seeks an Associate, HR Systems to manage HRIS data and reporting across HR functions. You will handle complex data, automate reporting, and partner with payroll-adjacent systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires collaboration with HR, IT, and business teams, leveraging AI tools to speed up processes while maintaining data integrity. Onsite in New York with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of analytics/reporting within an enterprise HRIS (e.g., UKG); SQL/BI reporting tools (e.g., Cognos) a plus.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with charts, formulas, and pivot tables; VBA a plus.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot or ChatGPT) to speed reporting, documentation, or configuration work.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HRIS across organizational structure, locations, and leave rules across states.
• Develop and generate regular and ad hoc HR reports for leaders.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate reporting and verification of outputs.
• Own compensation- and performance-related HRIS configuration intersecting with core HR data.
• Coordinate with analysts owning adjacent HR platforms on integrations with HRIS.
• Document and automate HR policies and processes related to HR systems.
• Maintain governance over HR data and conduct regular data quality audits.
• Configure workers' compensation rate structures and leave/PTO rules by state.
• Respond to internal HRIS inquiries and support requests promptly.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues.
• Support HR technology projects including requirements, testing, and documentation.
• Escalate enhancement requests to leadership for prioritization.
