Job summary

ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, seeks a Product Lead, HR Applications to own the HR technology portfolio including UKG Pro, UKG Core, Cognos reporting, and UDES. You will partner with HR, IT, and vendors to translate strategy into actionable technology solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on UKG HR module experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of delivering enterprise HR tech from requirements gathering to implementation. Hybrid work may be considered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years supporting UKG Pro HR modules and UKG BI with data integrations.
• Strong understanding of UKG UDES and collaboration with technical teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise HR technology solutions from requirements to implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for HR systems.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own UKG Core configuration and reporting to meet business needs.
• Configure UKG features, workflows, access, and custom reports for integrations.
• Provide user support and resolve data transfer and connectivity issues.
• Lead UKG release management and assess impacts of updates.
• Monitor integrations between UKG and other systems and optimize data flow.
• Gather requirements and maintain a prioritized HR technology backlog.
