CVS Health is seeking a strategic and technically minded HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR technology experiences across the enterprise. This role drives strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences for candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Transformation roles.
• 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and delivering technology solutions in an Agile environment.
• 4+ years of experience supporting and configuring HR Technology platforms, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Case Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across personas and HR journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design activities for HR Technology initiatives.
• Develop future-state operating models, process flows, solution recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
