You will partner with HR, Recruitment, Workforce Operations, Labor, Technology, and Engineering to translate complex needs into actionable requirements and prioritized work. The role requires 3+ years in product management or related fields, experience with HR/workforce platforms, and a bias for rapid, delivery-focused execution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, Project Delivery, or related.
• Experience supporting HR, recruitment, onboarding, workforce management, or operational technology.
• Strong requirements, process analysis, backlog management, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Experience managing Agile backlogs and partnering with software engineering teams.
• Experience with complex workflows, employment documentation, data integrations, or employee-facing portals.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HR/workforce platforms helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Flowable, or similar delivery tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize backlogs for initiatives and operational needs.
• Translate business processes into clear requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support capabilities spanning recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, visa acquisition, and workforce administration.
• Maintain understanding of end-to-end candidate journeys, including handoffs and actions.
• Support ongoing enhancement and upkeep of candidate portals.
• Define requirements for data transmission across Workday and other systems.
• Partner with Engineering to refine requirements and manage dependencies.
• Lead backlog refinement, product decisions, release planning, and implementation support.
• Support testing, user validation, deployment readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
• Provide stakeholders with visibility into priorities, scope, risks, decisions, and progress.
• Use AI tools to improve requirements, testing support, and delivery efficiency.
