The role requires 3+ years in product management for HR systems, strong SQL skills, workflow design experience, and QA/UAT proficiency. Familiarity with Appian, Workday, ServiceNow, or Jira is a plus for driving adoption.

Formación

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably for HR systems or enterprise platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience designing workflows and UX screens.
• Hands-on QA and user-acceptance testing experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify pain points with HR teams and leaders and translate into tech solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, and product requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to shape scalable solution designs.
• Document designs in Jira and secure stakeholder approval.
• Plan and run QA and UAT to ensure requirements are met.
• Manage deployments and drive adoption of new processes.
• Create user procedures and training materials for rollout.
• Monitor vendor solutions and market innovations for improvements.
