Job summary

Hitachi Digital is seeking an HR Technology Associate Product Owner to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Workday and related HR technologies. You will partner with HR leaders, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage data migrations, and ensure system performance and a strong employee experience.

This role emphasizes collaboration across HRBP, Shared Services, and COEs, plus maintenance, testing, and training for a successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience with Workday or other HCM systems
• Experience participating in HR technology implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects
• Workday Pro certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end implementation of Workday modules and HR systems
• Ensure integration of complementary technologies with Workday
• Manage data conversions and migrations with accuracy, integrity and security of HR data
• Support system upgrades, patches, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot system issues with IT and vendors to ensure timely resolution
• Create and maintain system documentation and UAT for updates and functionality
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and priorities
• Provide user guides and training materials for new functionalities
