Schnuck Markets, Inc. is seeking a Director of HR Technology and Operations to lead the HR systems, processes, and services that enable an efficient and accessible teammate experience.

You will own the Workday roadmap, drive optimization, and partner across HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to simplify processes, improve data quality, and expand self-service. The role focuses on a centralized operations model, service delivery excellence, and measurable outcomes through dashboards

Competenze

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience implementing, optimizing, or administering Workday and related HR systems.
• Experience consolidating HR operations across multiple sites and brands.

Mansioni

• Serve as HR business owner for Workday, setting priorities and governance.
• Lead Workday administration, configuration, reporting, testing, and user support.
• Improve self-service and streamline HR processes across the organization.
• Coordinate Workday releases, testing, and change adoption.
• Establish data accuracy standards and secure HR data access.
