Job summary

Schnucks is seeking a Director, HR Technology and Operations to lead HR systems and service delivery across stores and corporate teams. You will own Workday optimization, architect a multiyear HR technology roadmap, and drive a centralized HR operations model in partnership with IT, Finance, and Payroll.

The role emphasizes data quality, process simplification, change management, and measurable service performance across diverse teams, ensuring a streamlined and compliant HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or related areas required.
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing HR systems, especially Workday.
• Strong change-management and project-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday administration, governance, and optimization in partnership with IT and HR owners.
• Develop and maintain a multiyear HR technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and HR priorities.
• Design and operate a centralized HR services model, defining a service catalog, processes, and escalation paths.
• Build and develop the HR technology and operations team, driving continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Establish performance metrics and dashboards for service responsiveness, data quality, and system adoption.
