You will partner with HR, People Technology, and IT to align capabilities with business priorities and transform processes. Lead technical efforts across Workday, Extend, APIs, security, data governance, and AI adoption to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency, guiding cross-functional teams and delivering scalableHR technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with required years of experience in HR technology
• Experience leading HR technology programs and AI-enabled HR solutions

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, governance, and roadmaps for HR technology platforms
• Partner with HR, People Technology, and IT to deliver scalable tech solutions
• Lead evaluations with Security and Sourcing to enable HR technology
• Advise HR/IT leadership on AI, Workday Extend, and integration best practices
• Oversee configuration, development, testing, release management, and deployment
