Job summary

Generate Biomedicines is seeking a People Technology Integrations Lead to own and orchestrate integrations across Workday, Greenhouse, and adjacent People systems. You will design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and support scalable integrations with a focus on reliability, security, and automation.

You will partner with the Workday functional lead and AI teams to modernize workflows, reduce manual effort, and enable AI‑driven HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years in enterprise integrations and People Technology.
• Strong experience designing, building, supporting, and troubleshooting integrations.

Responsibilities

• Owns end‑to‑end integration design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Designs inbound/outbound integrations across Workday, Greenhouse, and related systems.
• Translates business needs into technical designs and support models.
