Job summary

Major League Soccer is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of HR Technology to lead strategy, governance, and the roadmap for HR applications and systems, including Workday HCM. You will partner with HR leadership to optimize processes, drive adoption, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and the employee experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to assess challenges, define requirements, and deliver innovative technology solutions that support the future of work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum seven years supporting HR applications, systems, and business processes.
• Three+ years working with Workday products.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to technology solutions.
• Experience applying AI/automation to HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, roadmap, and optimization of the HR technology portfolio.
• Serve as primary technology partner to HR, supporting apps, systems, data, and processes.
• Implement, configure, and support HR applications including Workday HCM.
• Develop and execute an HR technology roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Act as business analyst for HR tech initiatives, gathering requirements and translating needs.
• Evaluate AI, automation, analytics, and emerging tech to modernize HR operations.
