Job summary
Major League Soccer, L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to build and scale our HR technology portfolio, partnering closely with Human Resources to support applications, integrations, data, and processes.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology roadmap and drive adoption, while leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to modernize HR operations. As the primary technology partner for HR, you will lead governance, evaluation, selection, and implementation of HR
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, business or related field.
- 7+ years supporting HR apps, systems, and processes.
- 3+ years working with Workday products.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience translating business needs into tech solutions.
- Experience adopting automation and AI in HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, governance, and roadmap for HR tech portfolio.
- Partner with HR to support HR applications, data, and processes.
- Oversee implementation and support of HR apps like Workday HCM.
- Develop a comprehensive HR technology roadmap aligned to goals.
- Gather requirements and translate into scalable tech solutions.
- Identify AI, automation, analytics opportunities to modernize HR.
- Evaluate and adopt new HR technologies and platforms.
- Ensure integration with enterprise IT and governance standards.
- Develop reports and dashboards for workforce insights.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology roadmaps.
