Job summary

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP is seeking an HR Technology & Analytics Specialist to support the HR department with technology, data analytics, reporting, AI, and process improvements. The role helps leverage HRIS (ADP), VI Desktop, and other HR applications to improve efficiency and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with HR technology platforms, able to research solutions, and collaborate with IT and stakeholders to implement innovative tools and automate reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or business related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience working with HR technology, analytics, or reporting.
• Proven ability to develop reports and analyze data.
• Experience with HRIS and performance management software; ADP/VI Desktop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in HRIS (ADP) and VI Desktop, and other HR apps.
• Act as primary HR tech resource for system functionality and reporting.
• Assist HR with system questions, troubleshooting, and features.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows via technology.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and user training.
• Create procedures and training materials.
• Stay informed on updates and new HR tech capabilities.
