Job summary

Alston & Bird LLP is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HR, Talent Development, Compensation, and Recruiting through Workday and related systems. You will ensure data integrity, develop workforce analytics, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex workforce data into actionable insights, while providing responsive internal client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRIS, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in HRIS or HR technology.
• 2+ years hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday in a complex HCM environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Workday configuration, security, and data integrity.
• Design, develop, and deliver recurring and ad hoc workforce reports and dashboards.
• Assist with HRIS governance, testing, upgrades, and integrations; support year-end processing.
