Job summary

Accela is seeking an HR Technology & Analytics Specialist to provide hands-on support across HR systems, reporting, and AI-enabled efficiency during a 6-8 month contract. You will work independently across Greenhouse, ADP, and other HR platforms, delivering reports, data validation, and process improvements.

The role emphasizes automation, SharePoint/OneDrive/Box document management, and collaboration with HR, Recruiting, IT, and Finance to maintain recurring HR workflows and ensure data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, HR analytics/reporting, or related HR function.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS; ADP and Greenhouse preferred.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and data-validation skills.
• Proficiency using generative AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly with confidential information.
• Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, Box or similar doc-management tools.
• Experience with process improvement or HR system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Support Greenhouse and ADP reporting, system administration, and process improvements.
• Run recurring and ad hoc reports from Greenhouse, ADP, and other HR systems and validate data.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and workflows.
• Identify manual processes and recommend opportunities for automation.
• Update and reorganize HR SharePoint sites for better usability.
• Assist migration of HR files from Box to OneDrive/SharePoint and organize data.
• Audit employee files to identify missing, incomplete, or duplicate records.
• Maintain HR reports, dashboards, trackers, and recurring processes.
• Troubleshoot routine HR system or data issues and document key processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, IT, Finance, and other teams as needed.
