Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking an HR Tech & Data Specialist to support People technology, data capabilities, and analytics. You will manage day-to-day HRIS administration, data management, and reporting while partnering with the HR Tech & Analytics Manager to improve processes using automation and better data practices.

You will help ensure data accuracy, implement enhancements, and maintain documentation, with a strong focus on stakeholder service and data governance across the HR function.

Qualifications

• Experience working with HR systems and processes.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work accurately to deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience administering or supporting an HRIS platform (experience with Hibob would be very beneficial).
• Experience with data-quality, data-governance or data-management activities.
• Experience supporting HR technology implementations or system upgrades.
• Experience with process automation or workflow technologies.
• Experience with HR reporting or a related analytical/operational environment.
• Experience with creating reports and analysis.
• Experience working within headcount of 1000+ employees, across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support for core HR systems and associated applications.
• Assist in the maintenance of system data, existing workflows, organisational structures, and other configuration elements within agreed parameters.
• Support the delivery of system enhancements, upgrades, releases and new functionality.
• Perform system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Investigate system issues and coordinate resolution, with guidance, with internal stakeholders and external technology providers.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures and knowledge materials.
• Support the HR Tech & Analytics Manager with system projects, implementations and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve People processes.
• Build effective working relationships with relevant business stakeholders.
• Provide clear and responsive support to users of HR technology and people data.
