Hard Rock Digital is seeking an HR Technology & Data Specialist to support people technology and data capabilities. The role collaborates with the HR Tech & Analytics Manager to administer HR systems, manage data quality, and provide reporting and analytics to the People team.

The position emphasizes process improvement, automation, and stakeholder support to ensure accurate, reliable people data across the organization. Experience with Hibob and HRIS is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support for core HR systems and related apps.
• Maintain system data, workflows, org structures within parameters.
• Support system upgrades, releases and new functionality.
• Perform system testing and UAT; coordinate issue resolution.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge materials.
• Assist with system projects, integrations and data governance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate People processes.
