Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 2+ years HR leadership experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Experience with payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TMX site HR programs and processes.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
