Job summary

Clayton Homes seeks a senior HR leader to oversee Team Member Experience (TMX) programs across recruiting, onboarding, training, engagement, performance, benefits and payroll. You will partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with our world-class team member experience goals.

Responsibilities include planning leadership development for managers, ensuring policy compliance, and driving initiatives like wellbeing and recognition.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR, Business or OD required.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership in HR or Training/OD roles.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TMX programs including Recruiting, On-Boarding, Job Skills Training, Engagement, Retention, Performance, Benefits and Payroll/Attendance.
• Plan and facilitate leadership development workshops for managers and team leaders.
• Ensure HR policies comply with federal and state law; advise on employee relations.
• Analyze KPIs and turnover trends; present results to facility leadership.
• Coordinate initiatives such as VTO and Wellbeing across the site.
