Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking an HR Manager to oversee team member experience initiatives, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll/attendance, and leadership development. The role partners with the GM and Operations Team to align HR programs with company goals and world-class team member experience.

The position requires 5+ years of HR/OD leadership, strong compliance knowledge, and expertise in HRIS/payroll systems. This is a full-time on-site role at Clayton Homes, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business / Management, or Organizational Development.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in HR or Training / OD positions.
• Knowledge and experience in HR, Organizational Planning, Recruitment, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Safety, Employee Development.
• Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and strong written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Recruiting, Hiring, On-Boarding and orientation processes.
• Lead pay and benefits administration and payroll/attendance.
• Plan and facilitate leadership training for managers and team leaders.
• Analyze turnover KPIs and drive improvements with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies; resolve employee relations issues.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
