Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a TMX Manager to lead site-level HR programs, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and payroll processes. You will partner with facility leadership to improve retention and performance while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 2+ years of HR leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience with HR Payroll/ Timekeeping systems.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Trustworthy with highly confidential information.
• Effective communication with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Team Member Experience (TMX) site programs and processes.
• Partner with plant leadership to strengthen engagement and retention.
• Advise on compliance, employee relations, and talent development.
• Lead HR function alignment with home office strategy.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee HR programs: relations, investigations, HRIS, payroll, benefits, recruitment & onboarding.
• Analyze HR data and KPIs to guide decisions and action planning.
• Define facility vision for a world class TMX.
• Support Organizational Development programs and leadership development.
