Qualifications

• Professional HR or talent acquisition experience in a mid-to-large enterprise or agency.

• HR certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear feedback.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail for policy data.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and policy interpretation.
• Create realistic HR workflow scenarios such as performance cycles and benefits enrollment.
• Annotate and label data across use cases like offer letters and leave administration.
• Provide structured feedback on AI responses regarding HRIS and labor laws.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine HR-focused evaluation frameworks.
