Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking an On-Site Talent Lead HR Business Partner at the Litchfield, AZ DC to partner with operations leaders, build high-performing teams, and foster a culture of care, safety and excellence. This role emphasizes advisory support, engagement, and leading through change to help Team Members thrive.

As a trusted advisor, you will manage recruitment, HR records, payroll, and training, while ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years HR experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across operations.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; occasional travel.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment initiatives to staff DC operations and manage interview logistics.
• Oversee HR records in the HR system and analyze data for KPIs.
• Drive employee engagement and resolve inquiries in a timely, caring manner.
• Advise leaders on employment law, performance management, and policies such as FMLA/ADA.
• Oversee payroll administration and stay aware of compensation trends.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions; support change management.
