Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Talent Specialist to support the DC in San Antonio, TX, ensuring a skilled workforce and smooth HR operations. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, records management, and benefits administration within a values-driven culture.

You will engage with the Talent Leader and leadership team to drive talent strategy, support employee relations, and help grow a capable team in a fast-paced distribution environment. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR-related experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment initiatives for DC staffing, coordinating interview logistics and interfaces with interviewers.
• Maintain HR records in the system and provide data insights to the Talent Leader.
• Drive employee engagement and policies to reflect Chick-fil-A Supply values of care, safety and excellence.
• Assist with employment law questions, performance management and policy guidance.
• Manage payroll administration for the DC and resolve issues with staff and leaders.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state requirements in partnership with Legal and Talent Leader.
