The ideal candidate has HR knowledge and the ability to work autonomously to run HR projects and operations. A related Bachelor's degree is required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR coordinator or administrative role
• Knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and employment laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Familiarity with candidate sourcing, resume databases, and social media recruiting
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events; maintain team calendars and agendas
• Support recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring activities
• Respond to employee and external HR inquiries and provide administrative support
• Assist with the implementation of HR programs, processes, and systems
• Support employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance matters
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, payroll, leave, and turnover data
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and other departments on HR-related matters
• Assist with performance management processes and documentation
• Coordinate employee training sessions and seminars
• Support new hire orientations, onboarding, and employee record updates
• Prepare reports on HR activities and maintain employee vacation calendars
• Assist with HR policies, employee feedback initiatives, and other HR projects as needed
• Perform additional HR duties and administrative tasks as assigned
