Job summary

Path Construction is seeking a qualified Construction Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Arlington Heights, IL team. This on-site role supports recruiting for diverse construction projects across multiple regions, leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS and other platforms to source, screen and hire qualified candidates.

You will manage job postings, oversee applicant records and coordinate interviews, while collaborating with the hiring team.

Qualifications

• Construction recruiting experience or knowledge is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, approachable and well organized.
• Self-starter capable of switching tasks efficiently.
• Experience using recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, Indeed).

Responsibilities

• Recruit using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Evaluate online applications and post new positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS data.
• Phone screen and schedule interviews; conduct interviews.
• Perform reference checks and follow up with applicants.
• Plan, organize and attend recruiting events; assist in new hire orientation.

Duties for a Construction Recruiter include:

• Recruit utilizing multiple platforms (Linkedin, Indeed, etc.)
