Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains a healthy work environment; informs employees about programs and resources available.
• Answers employee questions related to HR policy with confidential communications.
• Advises leaders on people issues and escalates complex matters as needed.
• Provides payroll assistance, conducts weekly audits, and coordinates with third-party payroll providers.
• Supports onboarding, orientation, and participation in recruitment processes.
• Assists in benefits enrollment and open enrollment activities.
