Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking an entry-level to early-career HR support professional for a full-time 1st shift role. You will create and maintain employee files, enter data into HRIS, process hire/paperwork and assist in recruitment.

Local travel is possible, and the position offers comprehensive benefits and career development. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work with all levels of staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct experience in HR field.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff, including executives.
• Strong presentation, organizational, analytical and written/oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with database, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications.
• Flexible and innovative in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain facility spreadsheets.
• Prepare and maintain employee files.
• File documents into employee records and audit as needed.
• Enter data into HRIS accurately.
• Process new-hire, status change and termination paperwork.
• Handle leave of absence and disability paperwork.
• Participate in recruitment and interview processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
