Job summary

Techaxis, Inc. seeks a Generalist – HR Talent Engagement to partner with regional HR leaders in Houston.

Located on site, you will enable employee relations, boost engagement, coach leadership teams, and support global HR initiatives. Key activities include collaborating with executives on priorities, driving talent management programs, facilitating engagement events, and ensuring compliant administration of HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business; 3+ yrs HR Generalist experience, or Master’s in HR/related field with 2–3 yrs HR Generalist experience.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to groups effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders for effective priorities and initiatives.
• Promote talent management initiatives: performance management, competency development, rewards & recognition, succession planning, coaching and mentoring.
• Facilitate HR engagements using insights to promote belonging and Pride.
• Manage fair administration of policies, processes, and procedures.
• Drive employee engagement within project teams to sustain morale.
• Coordinate CSR events for project teams and local communities.
• Participate in meetings, client audits, and project startups.
• Implement mechanisms to boost retention and address employee concerns.
