Job summary

Rosenxt Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior HR Manager to partner with local leadership and shape a high‑performance, people‑centric organization. You will translate business priorities into HR strategies and manage the full employee lifecycle.

You will lead workforce planning, talent development, and engagement initiatives, coach managers on performance, and ensure compliance while partnering with global HR to deliver value across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strategic partnership exposure.
• Experience as HR Business Partner in international, technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labour, tax and social security law; Texas multi-site experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into effective people strategies and drive HR lifecycle initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, engagement, change and organizational development.
• Advise managers on complex employee relations, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management, career development, and compensation & benefits locally.
• Build a high-performing, people-centric organization and culture.
• Own local recruiting strategy and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with laws and collaborate with legal advisors as required.
• Coordinate payroll processing with an external service provider.
