Job summary

Rosenxt USA seeks a Senior HR Manager in Houston to support local leadership and build a high‑performance, people‑centric organization.

You will translate business priorities into people strategies, drive workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement, and coach managers across the HR lifecycle. The role is primarily office-based with some remote work and a strong cross‑regional HR collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree/HR certs are a plus.
• 10+ years HR experience with strategic HR partner responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in international, technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into effective HR strategies across the lifecycle.
• Advise and coach managers on HR matters, including employee relations and change management.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and compensation initiatives.
• Oversee recruiting strategy, payroll coordination with external provider, and compliance.
