HTI is seeking an On-site HR and Talent Management Specialist to serve as the primary on-site talent partner for a client location. You will support onboarding, engagement, retention, workforce planning, and employee relations while coordinating with recruiting teams and HR partners.

The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, data accuracy, and confidentiality, ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, staffing, recruiting, talent management, or related field.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, or HRIS systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site talent management contact for the client site.
• Support onboarding, engagement, retention, and workforce initiatives.
• Partner with recruiting teams to support staffing needs and hiring goals.
• Maintain accurate workforce records with confidentiality and compliance.
• Participate in client meetings and report on workforce and talent initiatives.
• Assist process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
