Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree in HR or related field with 2–3 years HR Generalist experience.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of employment laws and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with leaders to drive talent management and succession planning.
• Coach leadership teams and support global HR initiatives.
• Promote engagement and CSR activities within project teams.
• Ensure fair administration of policies and processes.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives including campus recruitment.
• Manage compliance with HR processes and statutory requirements.
• Address employee concerns and liaise with government authorities as needed.
