Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring an Advisor HR for the 2nd shift at the Obion County Plant. The role provides HR process and system support, serving as the first contact via ServiceNow, chat, and phone. You will handle high-volume walk-up and email inquiries, maintain data accuracy, and support LOA navigation.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in customer support with data entry, and strong MS Office skills. SAP/HR and Workday familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a customer support role with data entry experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Receives and provides basic navigation support for routine correspondence following established procedures (e.g., address changes, application support, background check corrections, and employee self-service support).
• Review and update key business processes and master data components.
• Collaborate with the People Operations team to meet faster support SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor HR inboxes and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed.
