The role sits onsite at the Cumming, GA facility, with a 1st shift (10:00 AM–9:00 PM Mon-Thu).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic HR systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic navigation support for routine HR-related correspondence and self-service tasks.
• Updates master data and processes in HR systems.
• Collaborates with People Operations to meet service levels and KPIs.
• Handles high-volume walk-up support and incoming calls for the People Operations group.
