Conagra Brands is seeking an HR Service Delivery professional to support employees, managers, and HR partners on HR systems, programs, and processes. You will resolve issues, drive process improvements, and leverage technology to enhance the employee experience.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and offers a $51,000-$67,000 annual salary with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a large consumer foods company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years HR experience; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with Workday, UKG or other HRIS preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data review and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, case management, and other channels.
• Serve as SME for Workday, UKG, Guardian and related tools for HR transactions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, maintain accurate HR data, and perform audits.
• Support Form I-9 processing, pre-employment screening, and HR programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology.
