Job summary

Conagra Brands seeks an IT business analyst to support process analysis, requirements definition, and technology delivery by partnering with business stakeholders, architects, software vendors, and MSPs.

You will help optimize processes and enterprise applications, support integration and data workflows, and contribute to AI-enabled solutions that improve business outcomes. 3 days in office and enterprise benefits are included.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of IT or related experience.
  • Understanding of systems architecture concepts and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise applications, integration platforms, data platforms, cloud-based technologies, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Working knowledge of SAP modules and development.
  • Understanding of infrastructure platforms supporting applications.
  • Experience with data analysis, data mapping, validation, quality review, reporting, analytics, or data engineering.
  • Experience with managed service providers or outsourced vendors.
  • Practical experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies.
  • Experience defining project plans and executing projects.
  • Strong collaboration and communication across teams.
  • Experience supporting application development, system integration, data movement, testing, deployment, and support.

Job description

Reporting to the IT leadership team, you will support business process analysis, requirements definition, and technology delivery while partnering with business stakeholders, architects, software vendors, and managed service providers. You will help optimize new and existing business processes and enterprise applications, support application development and integration, and contribute to technical, data, and AI-enabled solution opportunities that improve business outcomes.

A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
  • Participate in strategy and business unit discussions to understand and capture business needs
  • Communicate status of information technology efforts and incidents to business stakeholders
  • Develop and document business and technical requirements for new systems, enhancements, integrations, data solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities by creating workflows, process flows, user stories, diagrams, and supporting documentation
  • Identify opportunities to use data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve business processes, reduce manual effort, and support better decision-making
  • Prioritize requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Partner with architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise strategy and capabilities
  • Validate business and technical requirements throughout project delivery
  • Oversee managed service provider performance including issue escalation, problem management, and change management
  • Support design, build, testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications, system integrations, data pipelines, automations, and enhancements
  • Participate in planning, design, configuration, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities in partnership with internal teams, managed service providers, and software vendors
  • Translate high-level requirements into component-level designs to accelerate development
  • Assist in developing technical documentation, test plans, and deployment activities
  • Support data analysis and data engineering activities, including data mapping, data validation, source-to-target requirements, data quality review, and coordination with technical teams on data movement and integration needs.
  • Review project requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs
  • Support development of detailed technical specifications for system enhancements
  • Develop operating procedures and user documentation for ongoing support
  • Guide managed service providers in application administration, configuration, and continuous improvement
  • Track and influence vendor performance against service expectations
  • Partner with software vendors on system lifecycle and contract management
  • Support financial management and forecasting for information technology costs
Ingredients Required For Your Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2 or more years of experience in Information Technology or related experience
  • Understanding of systems architecture concepts and methodologies
  • Working knowledge of enterprise applications, integration platforms, data platforms, cloud-based technologies, and AI-enabled tools or capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of SAP modules and development
  • Understanding of infrastructure platforms and how they support applications
  • Experience supporting data analysis, data mapping, data validation, data quality review, reporting, analytics, or data engineering activities.
  • Experience working with managed service providers or outsourced vendors
  • Practical experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and translate them into business-focused use cases.
  • Experience defining project plans and supporting project execution
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across business and technical teams
  • Experience supporting application development, system integration, data movement, testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.

Compensation

Pay Range:$73,600-$109,300

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
