Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Systems Engineer - Executive Support to deliver white-glove IT service to the C-suite and senior leadership, ensuring a seamless end-user experience across on-site and remote environments.

You will troubleshoot, maintain system performance, train executives on tools, coordinate with End User Compute teams and third-party providers, and adapt to changing priorities while travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of IT experience or related experience.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and business leaders.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Experience supporting conference room technologies, including Cisco room systems and Crestron room controls.
  • Experience working with vendors, consultants, and technology service providers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and escalation skills.
  • Experience working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience identifying issues proactively and implementing solutions before they impact users.
  • Experience leading initiatives prioritized by the business.
  • Knowledge of enterprise desktop, mobility, collaboration, and end-user technologies.
  • Flexibility to support executive schedules and urgent business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to senior leadership and administrative staff.
  • Respond to technology support requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support board meetings, investor calls, executive meetings, and other high-profile events both onsite and remotely.
  • Troubleshoot workstations, collaboration tools, audio visual technologies, and home network connectivity issues.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and data integrity for executive users.
  • Train senior leaders and administrative staff on technology tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Support after-hours requests from senior leadership and administrative staff as needed.
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Help define and maintain support capabilities and service standards.
  • Lead or participate in initiatives that improve technology support processes and user experiences.
  • Support desktop systems, mobile devices, and collaboration technologies.
  • Adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and business requirements.
  • Travel domestically up to 15% as needed.

Job description

The Systems Engineer - Executive Support provides exceptional white-glove IT support to our C-suite executives, executive leadership team, and their administrative assistants. This trusted partner serves as the primary technology resource for executive stakeholders, delivering proactive support, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience. You will resolve technical issues, maintain a high level of service and professionalism, and ensure technology availability across supported systems. You will partner with End User Compute teams and service providers to deliver reliable onsite and remote support in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

This role does not require regular work at or visits to manufacturing facilities. Standard office and remote work activities, including prolonged computer use, participation in virtual meetings, and occasional movement between work locations, may be required.

Compensation

Pay Range:$73,600-$109,300

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
