Conagra Brands is seeking an HR Service Delivery professional to support employees, managers, and HR partners on HR systems, programs, and processes. You will resolve issues, drive process improvements, and leverage technology to enhance the employee experience.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and offers a $51,000-$67,000 annual salary with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a large consumer foods company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years HR experience; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with Workday, UKG or other HRIS preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Job description

Reporting to the Manager, HR Service Delivery, you will provide support and guidance to employees, managers, and Human Resources Partners on Human Resources systems, programs, and processes. You will resolve issues, process transactions, maintain data accuracy and integrity, drive process improvements, and leverage technology, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to enhance service delivery and the employee experience.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Respond to employee, manager, and Human Resources Partner inquiries through phone, case management, and other support channels.
• You will serve as a subject matter expert for Workday, UKG, Guardian, and related tools supporting transactions and employee inquiries related to time off, leaves, policies, and employee programs.
• Troubleshoot system issues, maintain accurate Human Resources data, and complete audits and corrections as needed.
• Support Form I-9 processing, pre-employment screening activities, and administration of Human Resources programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology to enhance service delivery and the employee experience.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required with three or more years of Human Resources-related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Workday, UKG, or other Human Resources Information Systems preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with experience reviewing and maintaining accurate data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Physical Requirements

• This role is hybrid and does not require regular travel to or work within manufacturing facilities. Number of Days in Office: 3 #LI-Hybrid #LI-MH1

Compensation

• Pay Range:$51,000-$67,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
• An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
• Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
